How should I book an appointment?  Please visit this web page to make an appointment.
How much notice do you need for my appointment?  The more notice you give us the easier it is to reserve your preferred time slot.  If that's not available we will schedule you at our first available time slot.
How will I know we are confirmed?  We will send out a calendar 'invite' once you are confirmed.  Please give us 12-24 hours to send out.

What are your hours?  We are available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.  If you are trying to reach us outside of these house we will get back to you the next business day.

Do I get a multiple property discount?  At this time we do not offer discounts for multiple properties.
How do I pay?  Once the images are processed you will receive an email to make a payment.  Please allow up to 24 hours after the end of your shoot to receive an invite to view, download, and share your image collection.
What size images do I receive?  You will receive the full resolution images (for print) and re-sized images (for web) which are 2048 pixels horizontal.  This size is well suited for all web applications, including the MLS.
Will you shoot HDR images if that's what I want?  In short, no.  We pride ourselves on very clean, natural looking images using the technique of blending ambient and artificial light.
Do I own my images?  All of the images you receive are under copyright of Image Video Tours.  We grant a temporary license to our clients for usage on the MLS until the property is sold, de-listed, or the contact expires.  All images are non-transferable.  We do offer permanent usage rights.  Contact us for more details.

What is your turnaround time? Residential images are available for download within 24 hours. Advanced edited images (twilight, staging, item removal), video tours, and Matterport tours. are available within 48 hours. Commercial projects are based on agreement.
Can I get my images the same day?
At this time, we do not offer same day turnaround. Though, we always get our images out to our clients as soon as possible - often times the same day.

How do I know who will be shooting my property?
Do you offer any special editing?  Yes.  Currently we offer sky swap, daylight to twilight conversion, lawn greening, item removal, virtual staging, and fireplace enhancing.
What should I tell my clients to do to help get their house ready?  We offer a simple checklist and helpful tips that can be found on this web page.  
Do I need to be at the property during the photo shoot?  You do not need to be present. We have Supra access. And, we will leave the house exactly as we found it with the lights off and doors locked.
How will you access the property?  If the homeowner or an agent representative will not be present we can access via lock box or Supra.  If accessing via Supra we will need to be given the 7 digit CBS code prior to our arrival.  If you do not know this code, your local Realtor association will have it on file.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?  It depends.  Some day we are booked 2-3 days out.  Other time we can be booked 5-7 days our.  The sooner you can reserve your photo shoot the better!
How long can I hold a time slot?  You can hold a time slot until 12:00 PM the day before.
How far in advance do I need to notify in case of cancellation.  The sooner the better!  If it is within 4 hours of your scheduled shoot you will incur a $40 cancellation fee.
What if it's raining?  Can you still shoot the property?  In most cases, yes.  Rain will not effect the interior image quality.  The exterior will appear overcast.
Can you make the skies blue?  Yes, we can edit in a blue sky for an additional fee of $5/image
Can you green the grass?  Yes, we can edit in a greener lawn for an additional fee of $10/front lawn and $20/full lawn greening. (we do not green lawn on aerial images or outside of the property lines)
What happens If I've ordered aerial images and it's raining?  It is unsafe to operate a UAV in the rain.  We will notify you of this and make arrangements to re-schedule - no extra charge for a 2nd trip to capture the aerial images.  If the wind is above 12 mph, same situation.  We will notify you to reschedule. 
How long does a typical photo shoot take?  A 25 image property shoot will take 20-30 minutes.  A 40 image property shoot will take 30-45 minutes.
